Sandwiches made ahead of time that
contain meat, cheese, or eggs should be
kept in the refrigerator or in an insulated
container. If your sandwich doesn’t contain
eggs, mayonnaise, or uncooked vegetables,
you can freeze it. Frozen sandwiches thaw
in three or four hours, just in time for lunch.
Eating Out
People eat out for many reasons. Some
eat out for a change of pace. Others eat
out for fun and entertainment. Many people
eat out because they don’t have the time or
energy to prepare a meal. Eating out does
save preparation time, but more time is usu-
