Inverter Circuit
An inverter circuit in the power control module
changes DC into AC and AC into DC. When DC is fed into
the inverter circuit from the battery pack for electric propul-
sion, the inverter circuit changes the high-voltage DC into
high-voltage three-phase AC to run the motor-generator.
When AC is fed into the inverter circuit from the motor-
generator when generating electricity, the three-phase AC
is changed back into high-voltage DC for recharging the
battery pack.
