This subcategory is not available if the Show prop- erty in the Edge Settings category is set to None. The Show property in this subcategory controls the VSOCCLUDEDEDGES system variable. This property determines whether or not occluded edges are displayed in a hidden or shaded view. See Figure 16-11. The Color property in this subcategory controls the VSOCCLUDEDCOLOR system variable. The Linetype property controls the VSOCCLUDEDLTYPE system variable. These properties are similar to the properties for occluded lines discussed earlier in this chapter in the 2D Hide—Occluded Lines section. Intersection Edges Subcategory. This subcategory is not available if the Show property in the Edge Settings category is set to None. The Show property in this subcat- egory controls the VSINTERSECTIONEDGES system variable. This property deter- mines whether lines are displayed where one 3D object intersects another 3D object. See Figure 16-12. The Color property in this subcategory controls the VSINTERSECTIONCOLOR system variable. The Linetype property controls the VSINTERSECTIONLTYPE system variable. These properties are similar to the properties for intersection lines discussed earlier in this chapter in the 2D Hide—Intersection Edges section.
