Microsoft provides both written and video demonstrations for many of the most common Microsoft customer questions. You can also fi nd the information to most common technical support questions by simply conducting an online search using terms such as Microsoft Tech Support followed by the product or issue, such as wireless networks. You then look for the browser search results with a link directed to a Microsoft Support or TechNet site. Figure 24-7 shows one such search result related to setting up a wireless network.
