Teaches students the skills needed to diagnose, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in passenger vehicles. It covers refrigeration, heating, and engine cooling system components climate control electronics refrigerant handling and manual and automatic temperature control systems. It is correlated to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) section of the ASE Education Foundation Task List and prepares students for ASE Certifi cation Test A7, Heating & Air Conditioning Test.
