A friend is impressed that you can receive your professional e-mail on your smartphone and
get a unique tone when e-mail arrives. This person asks for your help with forwarding e-mail to a
smartphone. Your friend would like you to send him the directions.
1. Directions must be followed in sequence. Create a set of numbered directive steps in order
that detail each step necessary to forward e-mail to a smartphone. Include logging in using
a password and logging out when complete.
2. Create a separate set of directions on how to create a unique tone for e-mail received from
the professional e-mail account. Use clear, coherent sentences to convey your directions.
