Here is one possible outline for the video: • Opening sequence of the players loading on to the bus while the reporter narrates a lead that creates interest or suspense. • Cut to team singing loudly. • Cut to player interview explaining how they began the tradition. • Cut away during interview to show tight, medium and wide shots of players singing. Figure 16.15 Creating a storyboard to plan your shots is an important part of pre-production. Your drawings do not have to be perfect. The storyboard is simply an organizational tool that will help you visualize the shots as your plan your sequence. Scouting your location ahead of time will help you better prepare for the shoot and create more accurate storyboards.
