Quick Look 2.2.4 Cookies with Google Chrome Many, if not most, websites use some type of cookie. Most web browsers have settings for managing cookies. In Google Chrome, you can search for cookies by a particular website. 1. Launch the Google Chrome web browser, and navigate to the AOL web page (www.aol.com). 2. Click the Customize and Control Google Chrome button, and click Settings in the drop-down menu. A new tab is opened that contains the Chrome settings. 3. Click the Advanced or Advanced Settings link at the bottom of the page. 4. In the Privacy area, click the Content settings link, and then click the Cookies link (this link may be labeled All cookies and site data). 5. Review the settings for cookies. Notice there are options to keep cookies and block third-party cook- ies. 6. Scroll down until the Search cookies text box is displayed, and enter aol in the text box, as shown.
