Configure  MAC  filtering  on  the  router  per  your  router’s  configuration  page.  Prevent  your  client  from  connecting  to  this  network.  Use  the  MAC  address  of  your  client’s  NIC.  If  you  have  access  to  another  device,  such  as  a  laptop,  tablet,  or  smartphone,  attempt  to  connect  to  your  router  using  the  WAP  information  from  that  device. In  Windows,  spoofing  a  MAC  address  is  accomplished  in  the  NIC  properties.  Open  Control  Panel  Network  and  Internet  Network  and  Sharing  Center  Change  Adapter  Settings.  Locate  and  right-click  on  your  network  interface  card,  and  select  Properties  from  the  shortcut  menu.  Next,  select  Configure  Advanced  tab.  Scroll  down  to  the  Locally  Administered  Address  option.  From  here,  you  can  change  the  value  of  your  local  address.  Be  advised,  some  network  adapter  manufacturers  prohibit  this  feature,  so  it  may  not  be  available.  After  viewing  this  information,  you  can  close  these  screens.
