rooms also allow for luxury or over-size tubs,

A large bathroom is most convenient for a
wheelchair user. To be handicapped accessible,
the bathroom must have a minimum of 5′ × 5′
clear space to allow turning of the wheelchair.
Accessibility
Accessibility to the bathroom is important,
Figure 7-20. If there is only one bath for all the
bedrooms, locate the door in a hall common to
all the bedrooms. One should not be required
to go through another room to reach the bath.
