Mechanical Research the design of an existing ball valve with the following specifications: brass body, chrome-plated brass ball, full port, lever style, non- threaded (solder) female ends to accept a ∅1″ pipe, rated for 500 psi at 100°. Create a freehand, dimensioned 2D sketch of the existing design from manufacturer’s specifications or from measurements taken from an actual valve. Start a new drawing from scratch or use a decimal-unit template of your choice. Draw the views needed to describe the valve completely from your sketch. Save the drawing as P15-19. Print an 8.5″ × 11″ copy of the drawing extents using a 1:1 scale and a landscape orientation. Save a copy of P15-19 as P15-19_REV1. In the P15-19_REV1 file, make three changes to the ball valve design. Use the COMPARE command to analyze the differences between P15-19 and P15-19_REV1. Save the comparison file using the default file name.
