If the move gizmo is set to appear in a 3D visual style (the default option), it appears when you select a composite solid. See Figure 11-6B. You can use the move, rotate, or scale gizmo to make modifi cations. The grip options for composite solids converted from meshes are similar to those for other composite solids. Composite solids converted from meshes have several grips, but these all act as base grips. NOTE NOTE The Show gizmos fl yout on the status bar can also be used to select the default gizmo that appears when an object is selected. The Show gizmos fl yout does not appear on the status bar by default. Select the Gizmo option in the status bar Customization fl yout to add the Show gizmos fl yout to the status bar.
