The Three As
Attitude, aptitude, and ability are the three As. You can improve
your attitude and abilities, but you have no control over your aptitudes.
Attitude
Your attitude is very important. Attitude is how an individual
reacts to a situation. Your reaction shapes how other people view
you. Is your attitude positive or negative, happy, or angry?
You probably know people who are friendly, pleasant, and kind.
These are signs of a positive attitude. People with a positive attitude
are often very popular. Employers tend to hire these people, and
employees like to work with them.
