Aquaculture. This is growing
and harvesting fish, shellfish,
and aquatic plants in controlled
conditions. Aquaculture uses ponds,
instead of soil, to grow its crop. See
Figure 19-27.
Forestry. This includes growing trees
for commercial uses, such as lumber
and timber products, paper and pulp,
and chips and fibers.
