To make software easier to learn and use, developers
have included shortcuts, dialog boxes, ability to
manipulate views, options, and help functions. This
makes it possible to modify the program and decrease
the time it takes to produce a document, spreadsheet, or
presentation. Views of the fi le being worked on are easily fi
adjusted for size.
The user can create many personalized settings,
including general activities, saving, proofi and fing,
customizing the ribbon. The help function of Microsoft
Offi is all-encompassing and always up-to-date. It fice
replaces the printed user manuals that in the past were
supplied with software. The help function is accessed in
