Company Information The company information block includes the name and location of the company that is responsible for the drawing. See Figure 4-4(A). Often, the company’s logo or trademark is included with the name. Drawing Title The drawing title or title is the descriptive name assigned to the drawing. The drawing title is located in the lower-right corner in a title block. Refer to Figure 4-4(B). The title consists of a single noun or several that describe the drawing. Some companies may use PART NAME or DESCRIPTION in place of TITLE. Size The size block identifi es the size of the drawing sheet. A letter references the size. Refer to Figure 4-4(C). CAGE Code The Commercial and Government Entity code or CAGE code block identifi es government projects by a fi ve-digit government classifi cation code. The CAGE code refers to a specifi c government activity. Refer to Figure 4-4(D). Goodheart-Willcox Publisher Title blocks may vary from one company to another.
