know to be references for you. Prepare a
list of references that you can include in
your portfolio. Include all the information
identifi ed in the chapter.
You need to earn money to attend the
national meeting of the Family, Career and
Community Leaders of America. You know
how to bake, decorate cakes, and plan
parties. You decide to start a temporary
business.
Write About It: How can you publicize
your business? What personal qualities
might help you succeed? How can this
experience help you pursue a career?
