Composing a New Message
Using Gmail to compose e-mail allows you to format the text. When a
message is formatted appropriately, it helps the recipient understand the message.
1. Log in to your Google Mail account.
2. Click the
Compose Mail
button. A form is displayed for composing the
e-mail, as shown in Figure 1-4.
3. Click in the
To
text box and enter the e-mail address of a classmate.
4. Click
Cc
next to the
To
text box. The
Cc
text box appears. Enter your
e-mail address in the
Cc
text box.
5. Click in the
Subject
text box and enter
Make Planning Events
Easy.
6. Click in the main text editor area, and enter the following as the body of
the message.
Good morning,

and is located in downtown Baltimore. We specialize in large events for over
200 people, but we are happy to plan smaller events as well. The company
