it contain? What trade-offs could you make
to get less cholesterol or sodium?
As you can see, no matter how busy
you are, good nutrition can fit into your
schedule. Eating out can save you time and
be nutritious, too. Many nutritious snacks
and beverages can be prepared in just a few
