It is used to copy or cut content and paste it elsewhere. • Formatting text means changing the appearance of the characters. A style is a group of formatting settings that can be applied in one step. Section 4.4 Document Views, Options, and Help • There are many ways to view a document in Microsoft Offi ce, such as appearing on a simulated page or only the text. • Each Microsoft Offi ce application has various options that can be set to more closely match how a user prefers to work. • The help function provides information on how to use the software.
