Microsoft Offi is a software suite designed for fice
home users, large and small businesses, and students.
Methods of creating, retrieving, and saving files are fi
consistent throughout the suite. Entering, editing, and
formatting text have standard procedures. Steps for
printing are also the same throughout the application.
The help fi les built into the applications provide fi
essential assistance.
Opening the application of an office suite is fi
standard throughout the suite. Whenever the user
starts one of these applications, templates for a new
blank document, spreadsheet, or presentation appear.
Another advantage of Microsoft Offi is the ability fice
to open more than one application at a time. Then the
user can view them on the same screen. Also, the user
can have more than one document (spreadsheet or
presentation) visible at a time to compare or edit.
