Bias-Free Language
As you go to work or
school each day, you
may encounter others
who categorize people
using biased words and
comments. Using age,
gender, race, disability,
or ethnicity as a way to
describe others is unethical
and sometimes illegal. Use
bias-free language in all
of your communication to
show respect for others.
