Using Themes
The way the Gmail window looks can refl ect your personality. The themes
feature allows users to radically or subtly change the look of the Gmail window.
1. Log in to your Google Mail account.
2. Click the
Settings
button in the upper-right corner of the
page to
display a drop-down menu.
3. Click
Themes
in the drop-down menu. The
Settings
page is displayed
with the
Themes
tab current. See Figure 1-12.
4. Scroll down, locate the
Tree
theme, and click it. A dialog box appears asking
for your city. This particular theme changes based on the location you enter.
5. Enter your city in the dialog box.
6. Click the
Save
button to display the selected theme.
